Homemade yogurt is delicious and inexpensive-and it's not difficult to make. Just follow these steps for a healthy treat. , a quart of milk, and a container of yogurt from the store. Put the finished yogurt and the starter in the refrigerator to chill. You can enjoy your homemade yogurt in many ways. Use it for milkshakes or cooking. It goes fast, so don't forget—start your next batch before you run out!
